A Letter From Our CEO

Greetings from Help Lightning,

As we bring a close to 2022, we wanted to share our thoughts with you, our wonderful Customers and Partners. We know the past three years have been a challenging but exciting time for many of you. In the early days of Covid, travel restrictions and “shelter in place” rules required you to develop creative and innovative strategies for continuing to build powerful partnerships with your customers. Being a part of that strategy has been a humbling experience for us. We consider it an honor to work with you and do not take that responsibility lightly.

And now, as we “return to normal” we are not so naïve as to think we are returning to anything that we recognize as normal. It has been a joy to spend time with you over these past months to learn from you and to gain an understanding of how we can continue to create value for you. As we understand, together, what this new normal includes, we will work to ensure that you are in the best position possible to excel among your peers.

Specifically for Help Lightning, 2022 has been a banner year in many ways. Following the acquisition of Fieldbit in late 2021, we are poised to release the integrated Enterprise Visual Platform that is the result of combining these two best in class technologies. This platform will provide you with the opportunity to deliver a service and support model that will transform the way you are viewed by your customers.

As we begin 2023, we understand that challenges remain in the market. In fact, these challenges may be even greater than at the beginning of Covid. The global macroeconomic position is fragile in many ways. Due to this, determining how much, and where to target your budget to ensure the highest value and return is paramount. As much as we believed, three years ago, that Help Lightning would meet your Covid challenges, we are even more convinced that our new integrated Enterprise Visual Platform will protect your investments and maximize return.

At a time when reducing your risks and stretching your budgets is at the top of your priorities, Help Lightning is able to actually generate additional budget dollars while at the same time driving many risks out of your organization.

On a personal note, I have been leading entrepreneurial companies in some fashion for close to 30 years and I don’t remember a time when I felt more energized about the impact that we could have for our customers and in the broader market. We look forward to continuing our partnership in 2023 and please reach out to me if there is anything I can do to help.
