Scott has over 15 years of experience in delivering exceptional customer experiences in Retail Management, Real Estate Investment, and SaaS in both large corporations and startup environments. His focus is on creating high-value interactions and relationships with our customers and cultivating a cross-functional environment within Help Lightning to ensure that they succeed. Scott leads our customer success organization, whose mission is to drive value and ROI for Help Lightning’s customers. Scott is an Alabama native and attended the University of Alabama.
