Inspections.

Every check needs a photo or a video, a reading, and the name of the person who signed off. These short notes are for teams who need proof on the asset, not a hallway story.

Home

Every check needs a photo or a video, a reading, and the name of the person who signed off.

  1. Open

Open the Procedure on this asset. Each step says what to look at, what to measure, or when to take the photo or the video.

  2. Proof

Capture a photo or a video of the step. Record the reading. You complete the check. You do not skip it because you remember last quarter.

  3. Sign off

Who checked it sits with the photos, the videos, and the readings in the Help Thread.

  4. Exception

If a step will not close, an expert joins a live session and annotates the part. The team still has to sign off on the check.

  5. Next

The next inspection on this equipment opens the same Procedure, not a blank clipboard.

Penske

Estimators look at the vehicle remotely and write the estimate without driving to every lot.

Bring a case from the floor.

We will walk the live session and the Help Thread it leaves behind.
