Hosting, encryption, and access
Help Lightning runs as managed SaaS on AWS. Production environments include the United States and the European Union; customer data at rest can be hosted in the appropriate US or EU production environment. Data in transit uses TLS. Data at rest is encrypted. Workspaces support role-based access, and enterprises can use single sign-on (SAML or OIDC).
Our security materials cover access to Help Thread records, handling of live-session data, and administrator controls.
