Sales Representative

Role of the Sales Representative at Help Lightning is to establish new accounts, service existing accounts, help guide and manage prospects, create leads, manage and monitor sales pipeline, attend tradeshows and other events as needed to meet the company's overall goals. We are looking for a seasoned and passionate sales professional with experience in industrial sales. This individual needs to be interested in and understand the value of current technologies, especially within field service and other industrial applications.


  • Establish new accounts
  • Service and manage existing accounts
  • Attend multi-day sales events within US or abroad several times a year
  • Collaborate with marketing, R&D and other teams within the company regarding product features, usability, roadmap planning
  • Track all sales-related activities using provided CRM tools
  • Use CRM to create regular activity and results reports
  • Evaluate quality of and help maintain and improve upon existing CRM data
  • Make phone calls to prospects and follow up with leads
  • Meet agreed upon annual sales targets
  • Attend regular meetings with company management


  • Strong interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
  • Works well in teams
  • 10+ years of sales experience in a technology oriented organization
  • Industrial sales experience
  • Bachelors or MS degree in business, marketing, technology oriented disciplines or equivalent experience
  • Experience with CRM use (Salesforce preferred)
